Shabby Chic Wedding Banner

Wedding season is quickly approaching!  Today I want to share this banner I made using kraft pendent flags and a few simple supplies.  You don’t have to break the bank to have a beautiful wedding.

The flowers are from 49 & Market. I sprayed London Fog Fireworks spray from Imagine on the dark purple flowers to lighten them up.

The flower stencil is from Tim Holtz and I used Imagine’s Creative Medium in Iridescent Purple, and on kraft paper it is GORGEOUS!! I always thought I should use that Creative Medium on black cardstock for it to really shine.  I really like the way this turned out because it isn’t overwhelming.  It provides a pop of color at the right angle and is still delicate enough to use for wedding decor.

For more details and tips on how I made this banner, please watch my video.  Give it a thumbs up if you enjoy it and let me know what you think!

Happy crafting!
