DOUBLE DIGITS!!! Yay! It just keeps getting more exciting. Today’s die was a baby carriage. It is so cute and has a lot of beautiful details. I must admit today’s project is my favorite, I think. It has all of the elements that I love. It is a mixed media card on 5 1/2 inch square cardstock with LOTS of Prima and Finnabair products. I kind of went for a theme for using a company’s products again without really trying. They just work so well together, I am naturally drawn to them.
Here is the video if you want to check out the creative process. I will warn you, this is the longest video of the series so far, but it was the most fun I’ve had in a while. If you don’t want to watch the whole thing, you can always fast forward to the highlights. I hope you enjoy!
The background patterned paper is from Prima and the paint I brushed on top in yellow and purples is Finnabair Impasto paint. It is heavy body paint and dries very matte. I really love using it and can’t wait to get the new line of colors that have released. The flower stencil is from Echo Park. The big yellow flower is also from Prima.
Of course, I had to use the silver Luxury Cardstock from Crafter’s Companion, AGAIN! It is really quite stunning. I don’t make many baby cards, but I will say this is my favorite.
