Easel card using Rinea foiled paper

I am hopping with the Designer Crafts Connection team to showcase the Rinea foiled paper! It is soooo fun and easy to work with and I promise it is like NOTHING you have ever used before! You think you have used other “foil cardstock” before, but not like Rinea’s foiled paper. It is truly unique.

I wanted to showcase the elegance of this foiled paper, so I decided to create a vintage easel card with a pretty rose patterned paper background. I have thwacked the edges of the cardstock with VersaMagic ink to give it a antiqued look.

See the video here for all of the details.

I stamped the sentiment, “I’m so grateful to have you in my life” using StazOn Pigment ink onto vellum and added the beautiful solid Gold Rinea foiled paper flourish on top. I used the other Gold flourish as the stopper for the easel. The flourish overlay was made using the Rinea Mocha color from the Starstruck line. I like that the Starstruck pattern adds a nice subtle texture without being overwhelming.

I hope you enjoyed this project!

Happy crafting.
