Using paint through a stencil

I use mixed media paste through stencils all the time and I love it! But sometimes it’s fun to mix it up a little and use other supplies. Today, I am using heavy body acrylic paint from The Crafter’s Workshop through a stencil to make this vibrant tag.

View my full tutorial video here. The Crafter’s Workshop provided me with some product to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own. I used some heavy body acrylic paint to create the background with my brush. Then put the TCW828 stencil over it and used a makeup sponge to apply the red paint.

The sun was cut from a metal die from Spellbinders out of glossy black cardstock and adhered to the tag with Glossy Gel Medium.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
